Fees for dental services are due when services are rendered. Fees for prosthodontics (dentures) and cast restorations (crowns, inlays, Onlays, & veneers) are due at the preparations/impression visit. If you are unable to pay at the time of service, you will be charged our usual and customary fees.
Regardless of procedure cost, your price is set.
All Grand Savings Plus members will receive quality dental services at a reduced fee. Unlike conventional insurance plans, with Grand Savings Plus, there are no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no waiting periods to begin treatment. Membership benefits begin immediately on plan registration.
Program Exclusions & Limitations
Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before receiving treatment. Members receive benefits for one year beginning on the original sign-up date and treatment must be performed within 12 months. All co-payments must be paid at the time of service or the usual fees will apply. Fees shown are minimum and may change depending on the treatment. Memberships can be used with Care Credit or a third-party financing company. Our membership program is intended for those who do not have dental insurance. Patients who have other dental insurance plans are not eligible for the membership program. Renewal rates may be subject to change. We value not only our patient’s time but also that of our doctors. We request a minimum of 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cancellation fee. We offer flexible scheduling, with morning and evening appointments.
