Just want it to be known, Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. It was as though I was at the Ritz Carlton walking on the red carpet getting service via the concierge, Dr. Bratcher along with Dental Assistant Patti and entire office staff were/are “Phenomenally Awesome”!!!!!!! I could’ve went anywhere, However I’m sure glad I chose Grand Family Dentistry.

Above and beyond
My mom is 71 and sight impaired. The staff goes above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and relaxed. They take their time making sure she doesn't trip or bump into anything. They treat her with the utmost respect and that means a lot to us. They've even gotten her blankets when she was cold. They have become an important fixture in our family. We happily drive the two hours from Mississippi! Yes, they ARE just that good!!!
I am really glad
I am really glad I tried this place out. My old dentist was in one of those huge sterile places that make you feel like you're only a number, kind of like a factory for dental appointments. This place is very friendly and make you feel much more at home. I would certainly recommend them, the staff is extremely professional and nice and very knowledgeable. I won't be going anywhere else.
